Who we are

Fast Mula LLC ("we") operates fastmula.com and the Fast Mula and Big Mula services.

To be completed before launch: our role (lead generator, broker, or funder) and, if applicable, the names of funding partners who may receive inquiries with your consent.

What we collect

• Inquiry answers you type: what you are looking for, business basics (name, industry, time in business, revenue range, state, structure), context (existing obligations, revenue trend, invoicing), or for legal-funding inquiries: case status, broad case type, estimated value range, attorney status, jurisdiction, timing, and an optional short note.
• Contact details: name, email, mobile number, and preferred contact method.
• Consent records: the version and exact wording of the consent statements you agreed to, and when.
• Technical data: a salted hash of your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored), your browser's user-agent string, and a coarse referral source.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank credentials, account or routing numbers, card numbers, documents, medical information, or privileged legal communications through this site. Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

How we use it

• To review your inquiry by hand and prepare a plain-English summary of options (once inquiries are open).
• To contact you about that inquiry by the method you chose.
• To assign an internal review-readiness priority (A/B/C) based only on completeness and product fit. This is not a credit decision and uses no protected characteristics.
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep records required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only: (a) with a funding provider after you separately and explicitly agree to an introduction; (b) with service providers that host our systems (for example, Cloudflare, which hosts this site and database) under contractual confidentiality; (c) when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

To be completed before launch: the list of funding partners, if any, and the categories of information shared with each.

Retention

To be completed before launch: retention periods (for example: inquiries retained N months after last contact, then deleted; consent records retained as required by law).

Your choices

• Opt out of contact at any time by replying "stop" to a text, or by emailing us.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry by contacting us with the reference id shown after you submitted.
• Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California) may have additional rights; we honor them on request.

Security

Inquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Administrative access requires identity-verified sign-in, and every administrative action is logged.

Cookies and tracking

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts.

To be completed before launch: any analytics or advertising measurement the operator adds later, with an updated cookie disclosure.

Children

This site is for business owners and adults and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We will post the new version and date here. Material changes affecting inquiries already submitted will be communicated by the contact method you chose.
